WHO CAN PARTICIPATE Anyone who feels that they in any way contribute or want to contribute to the welfare of animals, plants, and Nature in general.
PAYMENT A submitted application is binding. The advance payment must be transferred to our account in its entirety in 7 days after applying. You have the possibilty to pay with Paypal or Creditcard directly, after filling out the registration form, or later via bank transfer. For safety you will also receive a conformation message within 24 hours from us with all the payment details. Your application will be confirmed and valid after we receive the complete advance payment sum. If we don't receive the payment in 7 days, we will terminate your application and open the spot for other candidates. Refunding an already transferred advance payment is not possible; however, we can change the name of the participant – please notify us of that before the event. The change is free of charge. If we receive your payment we will sent you a bill to your email adress. This bill will be your entrance card to the congress. Please don't forget, to take it with you! REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES Registration fee includes all the lectures, workshops, exhibitions and presentations of the selected day, as well as snacks and drinks during the breaks.
REGISTRATION FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE Registration fee DOES NOT include travel expenses, accommodation, or food. It also doesn't include additional activities offered by our host Unior sport resort, Rogla.
PRIVACY POLICY The participants' personal data will be used exclusively for the needs of the Animal and Nature Ambassadors World Congress and will not be shared, sold, or used otherwise without permission.
PHOTO AND VIDEO COPYRIGHTS By paying the registration fee, the participant agrees that any photos and videos taken of them at the event can be used for promotional reasons or for the organizer's other activities. If the participant does not want photos and videos that they are depicted in to be published, they have to inform the organizer at the start of the event.
ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY The organizer is not responsible for travel accidents or sports accidents before, during or after the event. The participants take part in the event on their own responsibility and are responsible for any damage they may cause. Any illegal activities are strictly forbidden and are not the organizer's responsibility.
